Here at Rhythm Dynamics we specialise in One-to-One Drum Lessons for any age and ability, even if you have never picked up a pair of sticks before!

We were established in the Darlington area but also provide Drum Lessons throughout the North East of England in areas such as Durham, Newcastle, Newton Aycliffe, Shildon, Middlesbrough, Yarm, Billingham, Hartlepool, Stockton, Ingleby Barwick and more!

We operate from fantastic Music Facilities in Darlington and both Durham and Newcastle City Centres. However if you prefer to learn on your own equipment we can come to you!

Learning to play any musical instrument should always be fun and we ensure each and every lesson is as enjoyable as possible! We strive to get our students playing alongside other musicians in order to develop their performance skills and we host annual showcase nights to give our students an opportunity to experience a live stage.

We have taught children as young as 4 through to fully matured adults, both male and female and of course all of our teachers are fully DBS checked. Our impressive library of teaching material allows us to teach well known that you will recognise! Names such as Queen, The Beatles, U2, Muse, Oasis, Red Hot Chili Peppers, Bruno Mars to name a few!

We can help you to both read and write music in an enjoyable way, provide an insight into playing many different musical styles and even boast a 100% Pass record with the UK’s leading exam boards. Recently we have started using Trinity Rock and Pop exams which are fantastic goals to work towards.

Rhythm Dynamics is the brainchild of Andy Brigham, experienced drum teacher and professional drummer/percussionist. He takes pride in his work and aims to inspire his students and all who get taught under the Rhythm Dynamics umbrella with his extensive portfolio of experience.
